Admission Process

The College of Pharmacy admission process starts with an online application that includes academic records, test scores, and personal details. Applicants must also submit a statement of purpose expressing their interest in pharmacy studies and career goals. HOW TO APPLY

Before applying for admission at COP, ensure you meet the eligibility criteria for your chosen course, available on the university's website. The admission process follows a simple three-step procedure:

Step 1: Registration of Student Details

Registration can be done online or offline:

A - Online Registration:

B - Offline Registration:

  • Visit the university campus for registration.
  • Upon successful registration, an Email confirming your registration will be sent to you.
  • Receive a Prospectus listing the documents required for admission.

C - Documents Required for Registration (Online/Offline):

  • Copy of Aadhar Card of Candidate.
  • Copy of 10th Marksheet & Certificate.
  • A Valid Email ID and an active Contact Number.

Ensure all required documents are submitted accurately to complete the registration process.

Step 2: Admission – College of Pharmacy

The Admission Cell facilitates seamless admissions to the College of Pharmacy. The admission process is outlined below:

A - Online Admissions

  • Upon successful registration, contact the admission cell at +91 9997155111.
  • Follow the instructions provided by the admission cell.
  • After your documents are verified, a Provisional Letter of Admission will be emailed to you.
  • Pay your 1st Semester and other fees online using Cash, Debit Card, UPI, or Internet Banking through the link and login provided in the Provisional Letter.
  • Share the payment screenshot with the admission cell.
  • A Letter of Confirmation (CLA) will be sent to your email address.

B - Offline Admissions

  • Visit the Shivalik College campus with all required documents.
  • Have your Admission Form filled online by the Admission Cell.
  • Attach all necessary documents with the printed admission form as provided by the Admission Cell.
  • Get your documents verified by the Admission Cell.
  • Pay your 1st Semester and other fees by Debit Card, UPI, Internet Banking, or DD.
  • Obtain your payment receipt immediately.
  • Collect your ID card after completing admission.
  • A confirmed Letter of Admission (CLA) will be sent to your email address.

C - Arriving at College

  • Report to your assigned department on campus at the start of the semester.

D - Orientation Programme

  • An orientation session will be held for all students to connect with their departments and the college.

Registration Fee: Rs. 1,000 for all programs.
Note: Registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
